English Rationale!
For my internal assessment, I will work with the novel titled ''Lord Of The Flies'', written by William Golding in 1954. The story tells the adventures of a group of children who are stranded on an unknown island because of the war. With no method to contact the outside world, they are left only with the resources on the island; they must find a way to survive and work as a group. One of the main characters, Ralph, is chosen as the chief, and he tries very hard to keep the group in order by establishing rules. He is known to be a good leader, but his methods are not the most accurate according to his rival, Jack, who is more impulsive and impatient. Ralph has Piggy's support and Simon works by his side as well. The chief believes that the only way to survive is by creating order, but his ideas are maybe to complex for the rest of the children, so they doubt of Ralph's leadership and blow up a whole bunch of chaos in the island.
I decided to write a diary entry that explains the ideas that Ralph has in his head, and why he insists in an ''order'' so much. I also believe it is the best way to comprehend the true meaning of the character by analyzing him from the inside of his head. But, up to what extent rules limit our capability to be free as individuals?

Leadership!
''A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don't necessarily want to gou, but ought to be.''
Leadership is a quality that is not in every single person around the world. At least, is not shown by most of the people. Those who can guide a group of people through an objective are called or known as leaders. This is such a hard task to complete, and achieving a status of being 'leader' means that you are responsible of what happens to the ones who follow you in most cases.
Leaders are known for having character, decision, focus and the ability to persuade others. Being a leader means you have to carry the most responsabilities to complete a goal. That is why you have great merit if you become a leader and you are recognized as it.
If you want to be a true leader, you must be recognized as such by those around you or those who follow you! If you are not recognized, how could you pass your ideals to others, or how could you guide them if no one is following you.
Leadership is one of the hardest goals to achieve in life, but it is totally worth it because you win respect and your ideas will pass on to the next generations, just like Martin Luther King Jr. or Rosa Parks on the fight of the african american rights on the US, or even as Nelson Mandela and his influence on the african continent.
Be a leader, who can guide others, by guiding himself with his ideals and stand out as an extraordinary person!

Forget Your New Years Resolution!
Obtained from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrBPoVOawFc
Life is complicated. A lot of events can change the entire course of your life, so that means that some decisions are more important than others. Choosing a university, applying for a job or even selecting the person you want to be with the rest of your life. These events occur once or maybe twice in life if you are lucky, so you must choose wisely. But choosing wisely doesn't mean being shy to the world. A person who succeeds is the one who takes his destiny and shapes it as they want, not as society wants. Don't expect success is going to come to you eventually, because you will wait forever. A person that shows character is the one who succeeds, and that person is the one that looks out for the things they want and fight until the end to conquer them. So, when they achieve their goals, they're satisfied with the life they've had.
So go find the success you want, achieve it and fight for what you want and feel proud of yourself for achieving your goals!

English as a Global Language!
For example, you can always talk in English in a foreign country if you don't know the official language for that country and normally, people there would understand you.
The importance of communication today is essential for expressing your ideas to the rest of the modern cultures, so English is main media to express them.
Be motivated to learn English, because it is the world's language!

Slave Labour on the Modern World

Bansky's Slave Labour Mural, https://us.canvasartrocks.com/products/banksy-slave-labour-print
Slave Labour on today's society is almost inexistent. The human race has evolved their thinking on slave labour for the good. But not even a new way of thinking about it has eliminated slave labour completely.
Slave Labour not only includes slaves; children who work against their will, or they are not getting paid, also are part of the statistics. 68% of children who work for their families are not paid in the modern world.
The region where most of the child labour is recorded is located in the sub- Saharan zone, in the northern part of Africa.
Let's do something about it so we can enjoy living in a society were we know anyone is suffering!
